RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All of our dresses are made to order specifically for each customer.

Because each piece is prepared individually, made-to-order dresses are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind, size selection or personal preference.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
